Not great texture support, but the bundled textures are great and you can use vanilla and EVB textures but you lose some of the nether detail. Everything vanilla has been converted when it comes to outfits, a few modded ones too - mostly thanks to one person. Female vanilla groupmates get their own body meshes and textures, though the differences aren't that big and you can technically do that with any replacer. Should say, all but vanilla and EVB are female only, though males have some other options too. Sort of like EVB but even more detailed, but female only. Wonder Body - on hiatus development wise but perfectly functional. Poor textures (sorry), but a great replacer exists. Also probably the least amount of mod outfit support. Not the best vanilla outfit support, though they've all been converted I think, and the mod is basically abandoned. Much more complex than CBBE due to far more sliders. JaneBod - Compatible with BodySlide so you can adjust it any way you want. Compatible with anything vanilla body really. EVB - higher poly vanilla with detailed male and female genitalia - though nude is optional, better textures and texture support. Well there are, but the implementation could be better. If you don't care at all, or you're impressionable (sorry), or there's an outfit that doesn't exist for another, pick any of the other. If you're after some kind of realism, pick one of these: Vanilla, Enhanced Vanilla Bodies, JaneBod or Wonder Body. I haven't actually played FO4 for years but very recently looked over the mod scene, but anyway, my opinions.
